Instructions on how to use the WebPortal Site Manager
All pages are assigned to a Category like Products,Travel..on the left side and to content type like Top Headlines, Chicago etc..

Create a new page/doc
1. Click on Create a new doc in the left navigation under Administer the site
2. Enter all the information (eg: Title, Summary, Body)
3. Select the Category and conent type, so the link to the page shows under this category and content type.
4. Click submit.
5. Go to the category and verify that the link apears in that category, under content type assigned.

Create a new Category(eg:Products,Travel)
1. Click on Create a new category in the left navigation under Administer the site
2. In this page you can create new category or modify existing category
3. If you click on the new category you just created, you can see a page with content assigned by default(ie all the content types in the home page).
4. The Administrator can create new content types and assign these new content types to this new category

Create new Content Type(eg:Top Headlines,Chicago)
1. Click on Create new content type in the left navigation under Administer the site
2. The Administrator can create new content types like Printers, HDTV..etc..
3. After creating the new content types, the Administrator can assign this new content types to a specific category in the "Edit Category Content relation" page in the left navigation under Administer the site

Edit Category Content Type Relation
1. The Administrator can assign specific content types to categories and Home page

Edit/Delete Page
1. The Administrator can edit the page by just clicking Edit the Document link from that page or1. Click on Edit Edit/Delete Docs in the left navigation under Administer the site
2. Enter the doc Id, Title etc.. of the page which the Administrator wants to edit/delete
3. Select the page and click Edit to modify or click delete to delete the page
